Elite Family Premium Program Overview
The Elite Family Premium option allows the immediate family of an Elite Ultimate Privilege member to apply for a Privilege Entry Visa. Benefits of this option include complimentary transfers, golf green fees and spa treatments, and special discounts at hotels, dining establishments, and leading shopping centers.
Privileges include:
- Arrival and departure
- VIP greeting and assistance by an Elite Personal Assistant on flights (arrivals and departures)
- Expedited immigration formalities and passport-control processing
- Access to exclusive arrival and departure lounges
- Complimentary unlimited transfers from the airport to the individual’s residence or hotel, and/or from the individual’s residence or hotel to the airport on international flights
- Selected partner privileges
- Golf — 10 complimentary green fees per calendar year
- Spa — 10 complimentary spa treatments per calendar year
- Member Contact Centre
- 24-hour English service
- Korean, Mandarin, Japanese service available from 6.00 am–9.00 pm (Bangkok standard time ‐ UTC +7)
