Elite Family Excursion Program Overview
The Elite Family Excursion is available for a minimum of two people who want to acquire easy access to Thailand for up to five years. Enjoy the legendary Thai hospitality on arrival, with a dedicated Elite Personal Assistant to support you with airport formalities, as well as complimentary transfer services allowing you and your family to explore the ‘Land of Smiles’.
Privileges include:
- Arrival and departure
- VIP greeting and assistance by an Elite Personal Assistant on flights (arrivals and departures)
- Expedited immigration formalities and passport-control processing
- Access to exclusive arrival and departure lounges
- Complimentary short-haul transfer service available four times per calendar year from the airport to the individual’s residence or hotel, and/or from the individual’s residence or hotel to the airport
- Complimentary long-haul transfer service available six times per calendar year from the airport to the individual’s residence or hotel, and/or from the individual’s residence or hotel to the airport
- Member Contact Centre
- 24-hour English service
- Korean, Mandarin, Japanese service available from 6.00 am–9.00 pm (Bangkok standard time ‐ UTC +7)
Membership: At least two or more people
Membership validity: Five years
Membership fee: THB 800,000 for both applicants
Fee for each additional member: THB 300,000

For the purpose of this application, the term Core member refers to the main applicant, the term Other member refers to the second applicant, whilst the term Next member refers to any additional legitimate family member of the main applicant.
