Elite Family Alternative Program Overview
The Elite Family Alternative membership allows you and your family to visit Thailand to enjoy long vacations or simply for short visits. Exclusive membership services include assistance when contacting government agencies, such as the immigration department and the mandatory 90-day reporting procedure.

- VIP greeting and assistance by an Elite Personal Assistant on flights (arrivals and departures)
- Expedited immigration formalities and passport-control processing
- Access to exclusive arrival and departure lounges

- 24-hour English service
- Korean, Mandarin, Japanese service available from 6.00 am–9.00 pm (Bangkok standard time ‐ UTC +7)

For the purpose of this application, the term Core member refers to the main applicant, whilst the term Next member refers to the legitimate family member of the main applicant.
